In divorce and divorce related cases, clients are forced to deal with a total disruption of their lives. I am a very "hands on" practitioner, and I endeavor to be constantly available to assist my clients in handling and solving problems which arise. I provide service for people going through a divorce with other related areas such as Child Custody, Orders of Protection, Child and Spousal Support, Preparation of Wills, Purchase and Sale of houses, co-ops and condominuims, Changes of Name, Landlord/Tenant issues and Pre-nuptial agreements.

In the area of drafting wills, I work to ensure that the clients' needs are met by guaranteeing that their children are protected by the preparation of Trusts. I also prepare Living Wills and Health Care Proxies, Durable Powers of Attorney to guarantee their financial protection.
