Firm Profile:
The law firm of Frese, Nash & Hansen, P.A. (formerly Frese, Nash & Torpy, P.A.) was formed in May 1989 as a result of a merger between two Melbourne law firms. The Firm's founding principals, Gary B. Frese, Charles Ian Nash and Vincent G. Torpy, Jr., had a common goal- to establish a law firm comprised of attorneys with diverse areas of expertise capable of providing quality legal services to a broad base of clientele. Because of the appointment of Vincent G. Torpy to the Circuit Court Bench the by Governor, the Firm's name was changed from "Frese, Nash & Torpy, P.A." to "Frese, Nash & Hansen, P.A." in December 1999, and to "Frese, Hansen, Anderson, Anderson, Heuston & Whitehead, P.A." in 2005. The Firm's principals are committed to specialization and believe that no one attorney can have sufficient expertise in all legal fields to provide cost-effective solutions to today's often complex legal problems encountered by businesses, corporations and individuals.
